We are looking for a strong Executive Assistant who can organize processes, maintain focus on tasks, and assist with daily operational work and projects.
Responsibilities:
supporting the manager in daily work tasks
organizing meetings, calendar, travel, negotiations
preparing documents, presentations, minutes
communicating with contractors, partners, and the team
helping to systematize tasks and monitor deadlines
administrative office support
Requirements:
German: B2 or higher
English: B2 or higher
proficient in Word / Excel / PowerPoint
systematic approach, reliability, confidentiality
2+ years’ experience as an assistant/office manager in large companies
